These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeyondAuto website and digital products offered by Andrew Smith Creative Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Services

BeyondAuto offers online photography education courses and digital resources hosted on Kajabi. All purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content for your own educational use.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Kajabi's payment system. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at andrew@learnbeyondauto.com and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of the purchase date will not be honored.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within BeyondAuto courses and resources, including videos, written materials, worksheets, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Andrew Smith Creative Co. and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or create derivative works from any course content without express written permission.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to share your course login credentials, resell or redistribute course content, use our content for commercial training purposes, or attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results from our courses. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and other factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew Smith Creative Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
